2010 Summer Consulting – Visualization, Simulation, and System Administration Support
We are looking for a college student with background in computers for the following activities to be performed from July 7th to August 18th. The consulting fee is $2000.
Windows and Linux basic system administration tasks.
Installing new programs and testing the programs with supplied data.
Performance analysis by running tests and removing viruses and other malicious software.
Installing visualization toolkit (VTK) software and running sample programs.
Running VTK software on 3D point cloud data and gather data.
Run helicopter simulators after installation and gather data.
Install and run software for autonomous operation of ground vehicles and aerial vehicles.
Run data gathering experiments using testbed Grandcaravan.
Run experiments using 3D flash Ladar data.
Create DVDs and bluray discs using Nero software and Cyberlink’s.
Create multimedia files and 3D mosaic files from camera data.
